It gives me great pleasure offering my warmest congratulations to The Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK) on the occasion of your 30^th Anniversary.

The Hong Kong Police College (HKPC) has established the most valuable partnership with the OUHK since 2006 in enriching the police foundation training with academic learning. All these years, we have worked hand in hand to provide quality education and promote lifelong learning. We are incredibly proud to be associated with the OUHK, which developed its students including many serving police officers and created knowledge in ways that have been best for purpose and right for the times. It is rewarding to see the great progress that your university has achieved and the contributions that your students bring to the society.

We wish OUHK, all students and staff continued success in your future endeavors, and look forward to many years of further collaboration ahead.
