On behalf of Universitas Terbuka, I would like to extend our sincerest congratulations on the 30^th anniversary of the Open University of Hong Kong. You have successfully reached an important milestone of three decades in providing an open and flexible education across Hong Kong. During those years, you have contributed great deal by offering quality service in meeting students’ learning aspirations.It has been a great pleasure to be associated with you and we hope to have more collaboration in the years ahead.
