Since its establishment in 1989, the Open University of Hong Kong has proven itself to be a dynamic institution that leads the way in open and flexible education. OUHK’s contribution to Hong Kong’s economy and society has been significant, and I trust that it will remain so by nurturing greater equality of opportunity and social mobility for many more years.
