On behalf of Lingnan University, I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations to The Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK) on its 30^th Anniversary. Lingnan University is pleased to be a part of the celebration on this joyous occasion.

Over the past three decades, OUHK has successfully positioned itself as a dynamic and thriving institution that provides quality higher education for people in Hong Kong. In recent years, OUHK has made great strides in its development, demonstrated by a significant growth of student enrolment, a rich diversity of professional programmes tailored to industry needs and an increasing support from the government and society at large.

I look forward to a closer relationship between OUHK and Lingnan, and am confident that, under the strong leadership of Prof Wong Yuk-Shan, OUHK will continue to excel in the years to come.
