It has been more than one and a half decade since I passed on the baton as President of the OUHK. While memories of the early days are still fresh and vivid, the OUHK has evolved a lot all these years. Back in the early 2000s, the University started developing full-time programmes in response to the Government’s call for expanding higher education opportunities. I am delighted to see that today, the OUHK offers a diverse programme mix of full-time and part-time programmes geared towards industries in demand. With its commitment to providing quality education and grooming talent for society, I am sure the University will scale even greater heights in the years to come. May I wish the OUHK every success in its future endeavours.
